There's no greater sweat session than a solid leg day, and they just got a whole lot better with this dual-purpose Body Iron Compact Leg Press and Calf Raise Machine. Combining two of the all-time greatest leg exercises, you'll be able to target the glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves in order to develop lower body strength, mass muscle and definition.
Featuring an adjustable, thick foam padded seat, this machine offers maximum support and comfortability whilst lifting those heavy loads. It also includes two smooth, easy-grip handles on either side of the seat for extra support and stability.
The oversized footplate has multiple ridges to prevent your feet from shifting or slipping whilst you train. The oversized design also offers greater exercise variety, as altering your foot placement will help you target different areas of your legs. For example, a wider (or sumo stance) placed at the top of the footplate will predominately work the glutes and hamstrings, whilst a narrower stance positioned towards the bottom of the plate will mostly work the quads.
This gives a unique leg press experience, as you're able to take complete control over whether your range of motion is predominately from your hip flexion and extension movements, or from knee flexion and extension.
The calf raise beam is extremely easy to move on and off the machine. Just use the pop-pin mechanism at the bottom of the footplate to glide it up, down, on or off. By incorporating this feature into the design, growing those stubborn, hard to hit calves has never been easier.

Safety always comes first, so before you begin loading up the weight plates make sure the safety pin in front of the seat is secured into a position that offers your desired range of motion. Then, adjust the back pad to match your height, and ensure the safety mechanism (large handle on the right hand side of the seat) is secured.
Once you've checked over these three things, load up the weight plates on either side of the seat and jump on. Begin in a standing / upright position. Press the soles of your feet firmly into the foot pad and release the safety mechanism. Once unlocked, grab the handles on either side of the seat and begin to glide down in a squatting position. Once you've reached your full range of motion, stand back up and repeat.
Insert the calf raise beam. Place your toes on top, grab the handles and repeat the above steps. You won't be able to reach full range of motion, however once you feel the tension in your calves stand back into an upright position.

Delivery & Re-Delivery:
For Items weighing over 35kg someone may need to assist the driver unload.
Delivery shall be made to the receiver's address or other address for delivery given in writing at the time of the order.
The receiver shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Delivery dates will be arranged between the courier company and the receiver. Times may not be specific.
The seller may deliver separate goods by instalments.
Delivery to PO box can only be small items no bigger than 40cm-40cm-40cm and must not weigh more than 25KG.
The seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by the seller to deliver the goods (or part of them) promptly or at all if insurance is not selected as an option during checkout.
Not withstanding that the seller may have delayed or failed to deliver the goods (or part of them) promptly the buyer shall be bound to accept delivery provided that delivery shall be tendered at any time within 30 days after receipt of the order.
Transport shall be at the receivers risk. Where the goods are collected from the sellers address the risk shall pass to the buyer upon receipt of goods from the pickup location.
Transportation insurance is optional (not included in the shipping price) Please contact us if insurance is required.

All Deliveries will be with Australia Post OR Border Express, In some case Local transport (Jet Couriers) will be used depending on Availability
Couriers can only deliver Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Couriers cannot deliver outside of business hours.
Delivery or Installation:
WFA is not liable for any damages caused to the property/premises at the time of delivery or installation.
Delivery is door to door only. The delivery driver is not obligated to take the delivery inside. The driver is not liable for any damages caused to the property/premises.
The same applies If you have arranged installation. WFA is not liable for any damages caused to the property/premises at the time of installation.
It is your responsibility to advise us:
Will someone be available to sign for delivery?
Is there anywhere safe it can be left if no one is home? (e.g. around the back of the house)
If the address is a business address, please advise the business hours and also the name of the building.
If you say you will be home and miss the delivery, you will be required to pick up from the freight companies depot.
Alternatively, we can arrange a re-delivery however this will cost between $20-$50 depending on the size of your order.
We cannot advise you the exact day and time delivery will occur, however we will email you the tracking details and the freight company contact details and they can provide you a better estimation of the time.
If you request that the freight company leave a card and return your order to depot in the can that you are not home, you will be charged a fee if you request re-delivery

Warranty commences on the date of purchase from World Fitness Australia (WFA) as marked on invoice.
Warranty claims in remote areas or outside metropolitan areas may incur a charge.
Parts and labour outside the warranty coverage will be charged at a nominal rate, including freight.
Warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear; user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non authorised service technician.
At WFA various products supplied by different manufacturers come with different warranties. For further details refer to the product details or contact us the manufacturer directly.

Home use items are designed for a home use environment. If our items don't have light commercial and/or commercial in the product description the item will be deemed a Home use item. You can still purchase the product for use in a light commercial or commercial environment but may not be covered under warranty and or liability insurance.
Light Commercial products are for Hotels, Resorts, Corporate Gyms and Personal training studios. Items can be used for home use environments also.
Commercial use items can be used for all gym environments. And can be used for Hotels, Resorts, Corporate Gyms, Personal training studios and full commercial gyms.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to do their due diligence when purchasing any equipment to be suited to the environment it will be placed in. Purchasers are also responsible for any ongoing maintenance and checks required for equipment, to ensure they are in safe condition.

Warranty also does not cover using the incorrect barbell in the incorrect setting – i.e lower grade barbells used in heavy use commercial environments. Please ensure you purchase the correct barbell for the right application. Please discuss with any of our team if you have questions about this.

All of the above are results of usual wear and tear. Care should be taken in environments were dropping dumbbells for any height or banging of dumbbells together.
Returns Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and services. There may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return and make it as easy as possible. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Faulty Products:
If your product is received and found to be damaged, we will either have the item collected and replaced with a new one, or have the damaged parts shipped out for replacement by the customer or arrange for a qualified repair agent to have it fixed. Depending on the area you are located, this may not be possible as repair agents are situated in limited metropolitan areas only.
The Faulty Product must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
Important: If we have the product collected and find that it is not faulty, we will have the product sent back and pass on all collection and delivery charges to the customer. To qualify for our Faulty Products Policy, you must inform us of the exact damage within 10 days of receiving the damaged goods. We will have to provide a returns authorisation number before any action can be taken.
Change Of Mind: CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR REFUNDS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind. On rare occasions, if a change of mind request is approved.
However, if an order is to be cancelled due to change of mind prior dispatch (include Pre Order sales), there is a admin fee. The fee is approximately 5% for the value of the order.
Please note, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. To provide you with the best possible service, your order will be processed moments after it is placed through our automated warehouse dispatch system.
This automated system does not allow any changes to the order once processed by customer.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification from us when your order leaves the warehouse.
** Please note that Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered as business days.
If World Fitness agrees to a change of mind once you have received the goods, and the item has not been used or installed within 10 days of receiving and is in the original shipping carton, you are welcome to return the item, return shipping shall be covered by the customer. There will be an up-to 30% - 40% restocking once the item is returned and inspected.
Fully assembled items will attract a maximum of 50% restocking.
We do not accept returns on items damaged after purchase.
If the product is open partly/completely you will be required to securely repack and ship back to WFA. You will receive a refund less the
shipping cost to you.
You will be notified of this restocking fee once the
inspection has been completed. In either case, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
