• Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery

• Note: This product can only be delivered to Metro areas.

   

RETURNS:

• If you wish to return your item due to a change of mind, please contact us with 7 days of receipt.

• Returned goods must be unmarked, in original condition and neatly wrapped in original packaging.

• Once your return item as been received and inspected you will be issued with a refund for the product price.

• Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Please note that Living Element's return limit for change of mind is $4000 total

WARRANTY:

• All products from Living Elements are covered with a 12-month warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects. This only applies to residential customers.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:

• Delivery charges are inclusive of full insurance.

• If your item has been damaged in transit, we will organise a replacement item at our cost.

• Subject to your Australian Consumer Law rights, goods should be inspected on delivery and any damage notified to us within 48 hours.

• The damaged item needs to be returned packaged in the condition it was received.

• If you wish to arrange for a refund instead of a replacement, the return will then be considered under the above change of mind policy.
