Change of Mind (COM) Return Policy

At All 4 Kids, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and always strive to ensure that what arrives at your doorstep matches what you’ve seen and read on our product page. We want you to love your purchase and feel confident in your decision.

However, we understand that sometimes minds can change. That’s why we accept Change of Mind (COM) returns, provided the following conditions are met:

1. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

2. The product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.

3. Please contact our customer service team before returning any goods to obtain return instructions.

4. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty:

We provide a 12-month warranty for furniture and a 3-month warranty for electronic products. If your item is no longer under warranty, you’re still welcome to contact our customer service team to see how we can assist you.
