Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

I am sure it will be. I bought as a Christmas gift and it hasn't been opened yet. I am sure it will be excellent like all of the other products I have bought for MyDeal
