The innovative mandolin for the kitchen - for slicing and marinating. The slice insert of the Borner Vital kitchen slicer allows you to cut slices in four different thicknesses. From wafer-thin slices, for example for delicious tomato carpaccio, to thick slices for delicious casseroles, the Vital lets you create all your recipes.

The special feature of the slice insert of the Vital Mandolin kitchen is the innovative marinating roll, which allows you to cut your vegetables and garnish them with dressing at the same time. This way you can prepare the finished salad in even less time!

The disc slot also serves as a safety slot on the top level and protects your fingers and the blades when storing the slicer.

With the included knife inserts, you can cut thin julienne strips and small cubes. Simply insert the 3.5mm slot and plan away. On the other hand, you can use the 7mm knife slot to cut delicious vegetable sticks with your kitchen slicer. Whether for the preparation of delicious vegetable pans or as raw food. With the Vital Mandoline you will find the best way to cut all dishes.

The safety food holder included in this set also protects against the sharp blades when cutting. We recommend that you use this for every cutting operation.

An additional further development of the handle enables even more comfortable handling thanks to a rubber coating.

To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
