Shipping Details

Once payment is received, we will dispatch your items within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, we will dispatch it on the next business day.

Please ensure that the name and delivery details provided during checkout are correct. Aus Auto Store will not be liable for items delivered to incorrectly provided names and addresses. If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us immediately so we can update your order.

• Regular Parcel Post: 3-7 business days

• Express Parcel Post: 2-5 business days

International buyers take full responsibility for any taxes which may be incurred at customs.

Change of Mind Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product. Therefore, we offer a change of mind policy that allows you to return an item in new and unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is in its original packaging.

To ensure a successful return, the item will be thoroughly inspected to verify that it is in its original condition. If the item is not in its original condition, we may reject the return and send the item back to you.

Please note that return postage will be at your own cost. Additionally, if you decide to return an item, we will issue a refund less the original postage amount and a 15% re-stocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition, has been used or damaged after delivery, or if the return is outside of the 30-day return period.

We recommend that you keep your proof of postage and consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty Policy:

At ausautostore, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products are covered by a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. The warranty period covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any labor, fittings, or other expenses.

Our liability under all circumstances will never exceed the original purchase price of the item. All items sold are intended for professional installation by a qualified mechanic. Please note that any damage resulting from improper installation or usage will not be covered by our warranty.

Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidents, misuse, poor maintenance, neglect, or any other external causes. Any modifications made to the product will also void the warranty.

If you need to return a product under warranty, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending the product back. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

For all returns, the refund amount will be paid to your original payment method. This can take up 5 business days.
