This portable fan is both a hanging neck fan and two handheld fans! You can use them both for different applications, use them while going out on a hot day while taking a stroll in the park, while walking your pet dog, or just walking out with your friend.

Liberate your hands from holding this portable fan by attaching it to a bracket to hang it on your neck. If you take it outside the bracket, you get to have two handheld fans and can share one with your family or a friend.

The portable hanging neck fan can be rotated up to 360°. Both of the joints connecting the fans can be rotated, enabling you to use the fan hanging onto your neck, or standing on a desk.

The fan has three adjustable speed modes, enabling you to choose the intensity of its air. It has a small LCD display that shows the speed mode and battery capacity of the fan to know when it needs to be recharged.
