Warranty and Change of Mind Returns

If you are not satisfied and change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, please let us know. In addition to a 12 month warranty period which covers all manufacturer faults with the products, we also offer a 30 day change of mind returns policy.

Please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim and/or for a return approval of the product you are not satisfied with and have changed your mind about. Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

  • For the change of mind returns, the return freight charges are paid by the customer
  • The product must be in unused and undamaged condition
  • The packaging must be re-sealed to avoid damage in transit
  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
