- Regional: 2-8 business days
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
Our Returns / Exchange Policy
To guarantee long-term use of our products, we recommend that you carefully follow the instructions provided in the care card with each product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be glad to offer you a refund or an exchange.
Refund / Exchange of Faulty Product
We have a free returns policy for faulty products. We will gladly pay your money back or replace your product as soon as possible, no questions asked. Simply follow the steps below:
Email us your order number and details of the fault
Courier the goods back to us. Once received, we will send you an email confirmation
In case of a refund, we’ll pay you back according to your initial purchase method
In case of an exchange, we’ll send you a replacement within 7 working days
Standard shipping costs for the exchange / return of faulty products shall be borne by us.
A Change of Mind – No Problem!
If you have changed your mind and would like a different color or size, we will be happy to replace it for you subject to the following conditions:-
The items are unused and undamaged
They are in their original condition i.e. the packaging, labels and tags are in-tact
An exchange will only be processed within 15 days of receiving the order
For online exchanges please follow the below mentioned steps:-
Email us your order number and details of the exchange
Courier the goods back to us and email the tracking details
Once received, we will inspect the product it to see if it meets the above conditions. If the exchange is approved, we’ll notify you by email
We’ll send you the replacement items within 7 working days of receiving your package.
In case of a price difference, we’ll credit the amount to you according to your initial purchase method
In this case, postage cost will be borne by the customer.
