We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of the product is received. The item should be unopened, sealed and in a saleable condition. Return postage will be at customer's cost.

• Any merchandise where the GST has been claimed under the Tourist Refund Scheme, unless proof of repayment of the GST upon return to Australia is provided

For faulty products, send us a message to process the refund or replacement. If proven that the product is at fault, we will cover the shipping cost.
Any orders that have been returned to our facility due to one of the following reasons will incur a $10.00 restocking fee:
• The order was not collected from the post office it was transferred to
• The order had incorrect shipping information
• The customer has chosen to not accept the delivery and the order is returned to Smooth Sales
If the product is not in a resalable condition, then you will be required to pay the restocking fee and the return postage.
