Huawei launched Pura X, a unique foldable phone that could be used both horizontally and vertically thanks to its wide dimensions. The device is wider than the usual flip style device, and its screens makes things compliant with all of its design details.
Its cover expands 3.5-inches with 980 x 980 pixels resolution, 2500 nits of peak brightness, 1×1 ratio, 1-120Hz refresh featuring an LTPO panel, HRD vivid content support.
On top of the cover screen, you will see a camera system consisting of four openings. It consists of a 50MP f/1.6 RYYB main camera, a 3.5X optical zoom camera, a 40MP ultra angle camera and a color sensor.

Pura X runs Harmony OS 5 featuring a new native applications ecosystem at full swing thanks to the reworked kernel, improved Ark engine and end-to-end cloud integration. The software performance is improved up to 40% compared to the previous HarmonyOS version.
This phone uses generative AI powered by Pangu large model in collaboration with DeepSeek dual models for voice assistant. Another gen AI feature is AI eye-movement, which helps users to turn an on-screen page with eye movement.
