Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We only just received our order and we purchased a new filter to have on hand for when it is needed.The purifier works great, so no reason to think it will be any different when a new filter is needed.Very happy. Thank you.

They work very well and are very sufficient and cheap to run. We have three of them, one in our bedroom.one in our sons and one in our lounge room. Haven't had to change filters yet but got them for when they need to change.
