1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all toys sold through our online store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

2. What’s Covered

• Broken or missing parts due to manufacturing errors

• Toys that do not function as described

• Damage during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

3. What’s Not Covered

• Damage due to misuse or abuse

• Water or fire damage (unless the toy is specifically rated for such conditions)

• Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

• Toys purchased from third-party sellers or resellers

4. Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photos or a short video of the defect

• Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

5. Return Shipping

In most cases, we will cover return shipping for defective products. If the item is deemed not to be defective, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
