The cooker maintains high performance with its 13.5Mj dual-ring brass burner, which is ideal for high speed cooking. It has a quick-ignition control knob with adjustable flame, an easy to clean stainless steel fascia and drip tray, and a heavy duty cast iron trivet. This Cooker has Flame Failure where it stops the Gas when the Flame is turned out by the wind. This cooker is AGA approved and must be installed by an authorised person only.
