Change of Mind Returns
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and product boxes intact
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns
Shipping Costs: Please note, original shipping costs (if any) cannot be refunded for change-of-mind returns
Cancelling an Order
Due to our quick order processing, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been placed.
If your order has already been dispatched, please go through our easy change of mind process after receiving your order.
Additional Information
Delivery Delays: While our estimated delivery dates are accurate, these are only guidelines, and we cannot issue refunds until items are returned to us
Rejected Deliveries: Rejecting a shipment will be considered a change-of-mind return
Missing Parcels: If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, we will investigate with the logistics team. If confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate for stolen packages, as this needs to be resolved with local authorities
Change of Mind: Change of mind includes any reason other than a product or delivery fault. This includes if an item's size or colour is different than you thought it would be. Please carefully check product details, as returns for incorrect sizing or dissatisfaction are considered change of mind.
