There are certain situations in which we allow returns; For example, faulty and incorrect items sent. If the item is damaged during transport, please contact the courier when receiving the item and notify us. We may be able to make a claim to the courier and we will work out the best way to resolve the problem for you. In order to facilitate a return under these Terms and Conditions, please contact us. Change of mind and exchange of items are allowed within 14 days upon receiving. Please note that buyer will be responsible for the return postage fee.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
