Shipping Details
We deliver products Australia wide by using different carriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout except free shipping stated on the items.
1). Orders are dispatched on same day before 3pm or next business day.
2). Shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company. Shipping to regional areas may take longer.
3). Please carefully inspect contents upon your receipt of the products and report any issues within a reasonable time period (2-3 days).
12-Month Back to Base Warranty
CaddyTek Pty Ltd warrants its products to be free of defects and workmanship for one year. Within our product life cycle, CADDYTEK will repair or replace the products or parts of the product that are determined to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Our customer service team also will provide you the solution at any time.
“Back to Base” is where You deliver your Product to and collect it from a our location.
The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase tax invoice and it then lasts for 3 months or 12 months.
This Warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by normal wear and tear*, misuse, incorrect installation or operation, failure to clean and maintain, acts of God, exposure to heat, corrosion, use of non-authorised or defective parts, or to items that have been repaired other than by CaddyTek or a repairer approved by CaddyTek.
*Normal wear and tear of the products are not considered manufacturer's defect. (e.g. tyres, rubber handlebar, elastic straps / Velcro straps, mesh net, cooler bag, zipper, paintwork, beverage holder, mobile phone holder / mount, umbrella holder, brake, axles threads etc.)
Conditions Applying to Change of Mind Returns
"Change of mind" is a term commonly used by ACL to mean "ordered by mistake, found it cheaper elsewhere, purchased an inappropriate gift, purchased for testing purposes, circumstances changed and you no longer want the item, decided you don't like the item you purchased or no longer need it." Generally, according to ACL, a store does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. But on Woolworth / Big W, we accept return within 14 days for "change of mind".
Unless otherwise stated in this Change of Mind Return Policy, all items being returned for change of mind must be returned in the same condition in which you received the item. This means that, for change of mind returns:
1). Returned within 14 days of receipt.
2). Item must be received back in brand new, unused, resalable condition, properly sealed in its original packaging. Items bearing any signs of use, worn (with original tags and/or packaging) or damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to the customer only upon payment of the appropriate postage.
3). Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
4). 10% re-stock fee will apply.
5). The original shipping charge will not be refundable.
