In Hoboken, New Jersey, exists Carlos Bake Shop; a family-business synonymous with cutting-edge cake design and lead by the charismatic Buddy Valastro. Having settled into their new factory, Lackawanna, and learning to deal with their ever-increasing popularity, Buddy and his staff continue to innovate and captivate customers across America. In this season, creations include a breath-taking tank for a returning army veteran, and a stunning cake for New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin's charity, The Jay Fund. Along the way Buddy and his family come together to deal with the unfolding drama of his mothers illness.
