Same day dispatch applies to WExpress Shipping orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days. Orders over the weekend will be packed on the following Monday to be dispatched that afternoon

Australia Post services are certified carbon neutral for all deliveries. 

Wild Earth carriers use Authority to Leave (ATL). Also known as Safe Drop, means that a postman, courier or driver can leave a parcel at a recipient’s home if nobody is home. The driver will only leave the parcel if there’s a safe place on the property.

To ensure your peace of mind while shopping with us, we offer returns within 80 days from the date of your order. We gladly provide refunds for items that are in new, unused, and original condition. Yes, we do accept returns for sale items.

We can provide a refund where the returned item is subject to the following;

The item is returned within 80 days from the date of their original order.

Presents "as new" in appearance, be unused, have no signs of wear and tear, and must not be damaged or soiled.

Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and swing tags. 

That the item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. e.g. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box or satchel for shipping as we may deny the return or fees will incur.  

When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt or written paper with Tax Invoice Number, contact details & with the reason for the return.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchases unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. Bras are exempt from this policy.

NO RETURNS ON SAFETY EQUIPMENT. Please see below for further details.

If the above return criteria are not met we may decline the return.

*Please note all size guides are provided by suppliers and although we do our best to ensure these are accurate, they can vary person to person and brand to brand. If an item does not fit, it is considered a change of mind return.

We recommend sending returns via registered post or tracked courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and process a store credit or a refund, paid back to you via your original payment method. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.

Exchange or credit

We don’t offer "item for item" exchanges as we can’t guarantee stock will be available of the requested item at the time of your exchange.

Please note:

We cannot provide a refund if you do not have proof of purchase from Wild Earth, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.

Gift cards & promo codes can not be applied as a refund. Sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanged items.

Due to the critical nature of safety equipment in this store, we cannot accept returns on safety gear in order to ensure our customers are buying gear that is new and in a safe condition

Warranty Claims

Manufacturers have very limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. Damage caused by improper use or care, accident, modification, or negligence is not covered under warranty claims. It also excludes reasonable wear and tear, and natural material breakdown or fading due to age, use, or environmental conditions. As with all extreme sports, equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation. Such damage to equipment is also not covered under warranty. We will do our best to complete all warranty claims with minimal cost to the customer. Please be advised no warranty is guaranteed. All warranty claims are forwarded to manufacturers/suppliers for consideration. Wild Earth will then follow through with the final steps from their decision of action whether to be repaired, credited or replaced.

It is an Occupational Health and Safety requirement that any product returned for evaluation is to be in a clean and dry condition. If otherwise Wild Earth will return items to customers address on warranty form.

Wild Earth is not liable for any inbound returns that are lost in transit. We suggest returns are sent with tracking information to confirm delivery.
