All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued.

Only items that have been purchased directly from JTY Australia online shop can be return and refund.

Please ensure the returning items is repackaged with all the parts and additional free items that is included when you received it.
