The outdoor canopy has a UV- and water-resistant roof that is made of 600D oxford fabric with PVC coating and is therefore perfect for outdoor use.The partytent is designed with 3 sidewalls with clear windows to provide full protection. The frame is manufactured from rust-resistant powder-coated steel, making the garden marquee stable and durable. The pop-up party tent is foldable for easy storage and transportation. It is easy to assemble.
Please note that we recommend treating the canopy with a waterproof spray if the marquee is subjected to heavy rainfall.This product should NEVER be used under bad weather, such as strong wind, heavy rain, snow, storm, etc.

Returns Policy

However, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of heart or an acknowledgment that the product is not a perfect fit. In such instances, we are here to assist you. If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
Your responsibilities in this process include:
Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
