For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:
normal wear and tear
damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on
commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:
repaired,
replaced, or
refunded

yet to play this pack - bought it to take on holidays - I felt like it took ages to turn up at my door - but that may have been because I was excited about placing the order. Anyway - arrived just in time - heading away on the holiday in a matter of days.

This is a fun game for people who are open minded and don't mind a joke. Great fun game to have even in groups of friends who are a little quite and shy, this will get everyone happy and laughing. A must to have in the house.
