Warranty Policy
All furniture products from Bay Gallery come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Please note that the following may occur as a result of natural and normal usage:
Inappropriate cleaning methods, above average or excessive loading or the failure to properly care for the furniture may result in costly repairs and could void your warranty.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not usually refund or exchange if you change your mind. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, please contact us within 24 hour of receipt of goods.
If we agree that the item was not advertised correctly or within the law, or there was a mistake with the advertisement, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
Refunds will only be given when goods are returned to us in original packaging and original saleable condition.

Beautiful outdoor sofa. Really good quality - frame and cushions (very supportive, can easily lie down with a round one under your head for a nice nap). Looks beautiful and a great price for something this nice. Delivery was quick too (ordered on a Sunday, delivered on the Wednesday).
