12-Month Warranty (Return to Base):
All our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Under this warranty, customers need to ship the faulty product back to us for inspection. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it. We cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced item to the customer. Please retain your proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.

Change of Mind Returns:
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
