Cassette Shimano CS-6700 10-Speed 12-30

Traditionally marked as an 'Ultegra' component, the CS-6700 is a lighter and more durable 10-speed cassette.

Who is this product for? You have a 10-speed Shimano 105, Ultegra, DuraAce or SRAM drivetrain and don't mind spending a few extra dollars for a nicer cassette with a better finish, a cleaner look and a nice grey-anodized aluminium lockring.

The Bicycle Depot Technical Top Tip: The usual issue of a new cassette not running smoothly with a worn chain and vice-versa. Check chainrings as well, everything needs to be at a similar state of wear, and if fitting a new chain or cassette that means not much! If you're replacing a smaller range cassette, ie. an 11-28 or less, you need to check your rear derailleur has enough capacity, and you need to check chain length. Shimano do specify a 'long-cage" cassette is required for the 11-30.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful adult selection and use should be under adult supervision. Items must only be used by children of an appropriate age. Guidelines are given but the final decision must be made by the selecting adult taking into account the nature of the child concerned. A photographic image may be required to support your warranty claim. In the instance The Bicycle Depot deems the product to have been misused your warranty claim may not be honoured. Warranty spare part requests can take approximately 1 weeks. Some spare parts might need to be sourced directly from our supplier so longer lead times may apply in which instance you will be notified
