Returns Policy

Absolutely terrible quality. Not at all what was pictured. Paint job terrible. No paw print on box- yellow bees instead!!. Lid didn’t fit. So disappointed as this was a gift for a grieving friend and this poor imitation

If I could give this item less than one star I would. This item is being sold as a Willow Tree keepsake box (of which I have many), the photos show a Willow Tree keepsake box, believe me the items I received are fakes, and poor replicas at that. Do yourself a huge favour and steer clear. I’m now trying to get the seller to pay the return postage so I can get a full refund on an item that is not as described in the photos - very misleading.
