Description:

• Girls cauldron cutie costume dress is made from a mixture of black non-stretch satin and black stretch velveteen fabrics.
  
• The tutu style dress features short puff Juliette sleeves with a square shaped neckline.
  
• The bodice of the dress has a green satin insert with orange ribbon crossing over down the middle, the back of the bodice is black velveteen to allow for sizing flexibility.
  
• Attached to the waist is a purple satin belt with an orange metallic fabric buckle.
  
• Dress skirt and outer perimeter of the bodice are black satin, with green, orange and purple polka-dots printed all over.
