If you would like to return a faulty item for refund where we are able to offer a free replacement, this return will be treated as return for change of mind. We happily exchange an item however the free shipping (where offered) only applies to first time shipment on original order. In you would like to exchange for a different size or colour and we are out of stock you’re your desired item, we will try our best to arrange it which may take some time. Otherwise, the return will be treated as refund for change of mind.
