Hair Supply Direct uses Australia Post for standard/express shipping in Australia and a courier service for same day delivery in Melbourne only. Delivery times will vary depending on which option you have selected and your location.

Orders within Australia:

• Standard Delivery: 3-8 Business Days

• Express Delivery: 1-3 Business Days

Hair Supply Direct also offers a hassle-free returns policy. Customers are able to return their orders within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used. This allows customers to shop with confidence, knowing that if they change their mind or if a product does not meet their expectations, they can easily return it for a refund or exchange.

It's important to note that the company's returns policy only applies to products that are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product, and the company recommends using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned item.

For refunds, you will be notified via email once it has been handled on our end. Then, depending on your bank, it will take 2–5 business days to process into your account. We advise getting in touch with your bank or the merchant (such as Afterpay) immediately if it takes any longer.

Please note that due to health and safety, no refund applies to hair extensions, nail supplies, hair brushes and false eyelashes.
