During warm weather, all Edible Blooms gifts are delivered with complimentary reusable ice packs to keep your gift fresh.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your gift will be left in a sealed carton if there is a safe place to leave. If our driver deems it unsafe, re-delivery fees may apply.
Edible Blooms are perishable gifts so we are unable to accept change of mind returns. However, if a gift is damaged in transit please advise us immediately and provide a photo of your gift so that we can replace it for you.
Please note that delivery is paid for by the customer. A photograph must be provided if there is any damage in transit. We use premium carriers so this occurance is rare.
