• We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast

• Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days.

• Please allow a few days extra for orders to regional areas and major Towns in NT, Tasmania and South Australia.

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund at your own cost, in such cases please let us now within 30 days of receipt, but please note that the items must be unopened and unused.

Most of our products are supported by a 60 days warranty, This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included. We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.
