DISPATCH LOCATION:

We are located in Sydney Metro and all our orders are dispatched from this location.

PROCESSING TIMES:

• Orders placed before 11 AM are usually dispatched on the same day.

• Any orders placed after 11 AM will be dispatched on the next business day.

• If you place your order between Friday afternoon and Sunday, we will dispatch it on the following Monday.

Please note that the above dispatch times apply during our peak operational season from August to February. Outside of this period, orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

While we endeavour to stick to these dispatch times, please be aware that they are not guaranteed, as unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Rest assured, we always do our absolute best to get your orders dispatched promptly.

POSTAGE COST:

The postage cost of your order will be based on the total weight of your items. We've made it simple for you to calculate your shipping cost prior to finalising your order with these straightforward steps:

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is not always possible. We strive to respond to your request promptly, but there are instances where the order may have already entered the fulfilment stage, making cancellation unfeasible. We advise treating each order as final, though we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests where feasible.

Return to sender policy.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing your order is accurate and complete. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded plus an additional 10% restocking fee applies. We strongly recommend double-checking your address details to avoid any unnecessary delays and additional costs.

We want you to love your purchase! That’s why we offer a 100-day return policy for simply changing your mind, giving you peace of mind if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied. You have 100 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, even if it’s simply because you no longer want the item.

Change of Mind Returns

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Unworn or unused

• In its original packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method (minus the original shipping cost). Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

• We do not impose any deadlines to report damages or faults, as each case is assessed individually.

• If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

• We will cover the return postage for any item deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
