Shipping Details

Orders placed before 12PM AEST on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders after 12PM will be shipped the next business day.
Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days across Australia.

We offer a 15-day Change of Mind return period for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened body care products unless they are faulty.

Change of Mind returns are at the discretion of the customer and require the item to be in resalable condition. Return shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will provide a fair and timely resolution in line with the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a refund, replacement, or repair.
