Duration of Warranty
● Bedding: Includes comforters, duvets, and quilts - 6-month warranty
● Sheets and Pillowcases: Includes flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases - 6-month warranty
● Mattress Protectors and Toppers: Includes all mattress protectors and toppers -
6-month warranty
● Pillows: Includes all types of pillows - 6-month warranty
● Throws and Blankets: Includes all throws and blankets - 6-month warranty
● Other Linen Products: Includes table linens, towels, and similar products - 6-month warranty
What Is Covered
● Material Defects: Issues related to the fabric or other materials used.
● Workmanship Defects: Problems with the construction or stitching.
● Color Fastness: Significant fading or color changes under normal laundering conditions.
What Is Not Covered
● Normal wear and tear
● Damage caused by improper care or misuse
● Stains or discoloration due to external factors (e.g., spills, cosmetics, or body oils)
● Pilling, unless it is caused by a defect in material or workmanship
● Changes in personal preferences (e.g., softness, firmness, size, color)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
