Please Note:

The Moka pot is handmade, and slight scratches or unevenness on the surface are normal.
Do not clean in a dishwasher or use detergent.
Rinse with warm water before first use. Brew one batch (do not drink) to enhance aroma for future use.
Handle with care to avoid burns from high temperatures.
Never leave the coffee maker unattended while in use.
Use a grind as fine as salt (not flour-like) with no large particles for best results.
Size may vary slightly due to manual measurement.

Usage Steps:

Add 90ml of water into the bottom chamber, not exceeding the inner scale line.
Fill the filter with 16–18g of coffee powder and level gently with your hand.
Tightly screw together the top and bottom chambers. Place on a ceramic, gas stove, or open flame (500–800W recommended for electric ceramic stoves).
Once coffee flows into the upper chamber, turn off the heat and serve immediately.

Change of Mind Returns

An image of the shipping label and evidence of the issue must be submitted.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and be in new condition suitable for resale.
You must have returned the product within 7 days of taking delivery of your product.
The product cannot have been used, as this makes the product a second-hand item.
A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
The product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
Your item must be returned to the originating warehouse, of which we will provide the address.
The original sealed packages or boxes were sealed and undamaged.

Refunds will be processed until the product is returned and inspected.

The buyer pays for the return postage if the return is due to a change of mind.
