 Flat Rate Shipping. Only $8.95 for as many items as you like (from Wax&Wicks)

• Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

• Delivery time frame is 2-10 business days (depending on your location).

• Orders are sent via Australia Post.

• Tracking will be available for all orders.

• Orders are dispatched from South West Sydney.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and please allow extra time during peak periods. If you think your order should have already arrived please be sure to check the tracking. If still in doubt, please contact us or Australia Post.

Please make sure your address is correct!

Australia Post charges us for any orders that are returned to sender. The cost of this is $12 per parcel. If your order is returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address details or unclaimed, this cost will be payable before your order is re-sent as well as shipping costs to re-send. If your order is returned and you wish to cancel it instead of having it re-sent, the $12 RTS fee plus the original shipping costs plus any payment fees will be deducted from any refund amount. This will add up to at least $20 so please ensure your address details are correct before submitting your order.

Returns:

Returns will only be accepted if an item is damaged, defective or not as advertised. Generally speaking we do not accept Change of Mind returns. If we do, they will only be accepted if the item is still new, sealed, un-opened and suitable for resale. Please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note (for Change of Mind returns):

• Return postage is paid by the customer.
  
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
• Original postage costs are non refundable. Other fees may also apply.
