2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

This is a replacement microwave as my old one is 8yrs old which can be dangerous. The new one is great and much better and is black which matches my new black fridge. I would recommend this product
