Shipping Details

1- We charge a flat rate delivery per order. This is a standard single-person drop-off only. Any additional services required will be charged extra. Someone must be present to receive the delivery and assist the driver if needed.

2- Orders from VIC will be delivered within 10 business days. Orders from NSW will be delivered within 14 to 21 business days due to a limited delivery run. 

3- All of our items are ready stock. If any items run out of stock during any promotion, you will be refunded fully.

4- You will be notified via message and SMS once the delivery date and estimated delivery window are confirmed by our warehouse.

5- We usually take up to 7 business days to book a delivery date for NSW and ACT.
It is your responsibility to check if the item will fit through the door, staircase, or lift. Any return in this scenario will be charged a 2-way shipping that will be deducted from the total amount paid.

6- We use our trucks to deliver the items to ensure safe and smooth delivery.

All the products are covered under 1 year standard warranty unless specified. 

1. The customer can keep the original packaging safe in case of return. If the original packaging is not available then the customer will be responsible to repack the items for safe transit. Freight companies do not pickup the items that are not properly packed or unsafe for transit.

2. Please note that someone must be available to assist the driver and receive the delivery. The deliveries are sent via third party delivery services and are usually a single person delivery that needs receiver's assistance. 

3. Any extra service such as two person delivery. tail gate and forklift will be charged separately and will be quoted upon request.

4. Please take the pictures of the received item in case of damage or faulty.

5. All the product dimensions are measured approximately and can have a difference of 5cm to 10cm.

6. Please do not use damaged or faulty items as it may cause further damage.

7. Colors shown in the pictures may vary due to different screen specs and resolutions. If you want more pictures of any item, please request before placing the order.  

8. We do not accept responsibility for returned items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for delivery.
