We ship using Australia Post.

All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days of ordering, if orders are received on the weekend, they will be processed on the next business day.

We are committed to supplying you with what you want. If for any reason the product that you purchased is not what you thought you purchased or you have changed your mind, simply return it within seven (7) days of receiving it, in its original state and packaging, for a refund. Please contact us for return approval. We do not return sale items.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please email Customer Care along with photographs showing any damage or defect.
