We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I purchased the gel foam topper and love it.This topper is so comfortable . I slept very well as soon as I started using it.So far very good.

Wonderful product. Pop it over an old mattress and it does wonders. Some say not so good on a "ensemble" but definitely is worth it if you dont have the funds to spend 100s on a mattress! Forget bambillo. Buy this you wont go wrong

I bought it to put on a hard matress in the caravan.. I can not tell you how much I love sleeping on it in there now.. however just like Kathy I also tried it on my bed which has a pillow top... it was way way to soft for that.. I love it and recommend it for someone who has a flat uncomfortable matress..
