Maximize your refrigerated storage with standard modular cool and freezer rooms. Quick to install with clip-together panels and Tecumseh cooling systems which save you time and money on set up costs. There are 5 standard size room configurations, making them ideal for a wide range of spaces. All cool and freezer rooms include 100mm thick Polyurethane panels which offer high energy efficiency and power savings compared to other brands on the market.

We also produce cool and freezer rooms in custom sizes. If you have a special size requirement, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a custom quotation.

Please note, the 1500 x 1500 Coolroom is the least popular size and is generally not kept in stock.
It can be manufactured to order upon request however will require approximately 8 weeks lead time.
All other sizes are generally in stock.

Panel Information:

The high quality, 100mm thick polyurethane panels we use to construct cool rooms and freezer rooms have some of the highest rated insulation in the world, saving energy and preventing the internal temperature from changing. Our specialized polyurethane panels are high strength, moisture resistant, and have high quality temperature insulation properties.

The panels can also be disassembled and reassembled if you wish to expand or modify your cool room or freezer room in the future.

Many cool rooms and freezer rooms on the market are made of polystyrene panels (EPS) which can absorb and hold over 40% of the moisture from kitchen environments from sources such as fats, oils and water. This can make them highly flammable, whereas polyurethane holds zero moisture and is mold-proof, anti-corrosive, age-resistant, moth-proof, chemical-resistant and non-toxic.

Important Delivery Information:

All coolrooms are delivered by courier truck with a single driver
Coolroom panels are not heavy individually and will arrive stacked on a pallet.
Panels will be unloaded from the truck individually, panel by panel
As some panels are 2.4m long, the driver will need assistance from your team to help unload
The delivery charge on the website include a single driver and assumes that you will help unload
If you will be unable to provide any assistance to the driver to unload, please let us know before ordering so we can arrange a special quote with additional assistance
If additional assistance is required, an additional fee will need to be added to the delivery charge

WARRANTY POLICY

Restaurant Equipment Online warrants all new equipment to be free from defects including factory used materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability in every possible way. All new products are backed by a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Some products come with extra warranties from their specific manufacturers.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear and items which wear out as a result of usage such as blades, bearings and batteries.
Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse; such as overloading of motors and stripped gears as a result of exceeding maximum listed capacity of machinery.
Products which have not been maintained (for example, filters not regularly cleaned), or which have been modified.
Damage to packaging only;
Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish; and
Very minor chips, dents or superficial blemishes.
Equipment which has been opened, serviced or modified without Restaurant Equipment Online's prior consent

30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

Please check deliveries within 24 hours of receiving and check for any damages from transit. If you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the initial and return delivery fees. If your item was purchased with a free shipping promotion, please note that the actual initial delivery cost (which would have been applied had the item not been on promotion) will be deducted from your refund along with the return delivery cost. Please also note that a re-stocking fee of 25%, excluding shipping charges of the full purchase price may apply.

To organise a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item including images of your product in the original, unopened packaging and we will be in touch with further details.

It’s important for your item to be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return under the guarantee. If items have been opened, used or are not returned in all original packaging, the guarantee will be voided. This is simply because our suppliers cannot resell an item as brand new once it has been opened. They then need to discount the item it to sell it again. It is therefore at their discretion whether to apply a restocking fee or not and their decisions are final.

We ask that you check and double check all measurements, specifications, power fittings and other details before purchasing so we can ensure your order is correct first time.
