Shipping Details

All delivery timeframes are solely estimates. Depending on your location, regular delivery parcels are delivered within 2-7 business days. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

We deliver to PO Boxes however we use numerous couriers and some do not deliver to PO boxes. To ensure your order is delivered successfully, please request Australia Post as your courier in your order notes. 

We also offer worldwide shipping. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

You can exchange a product due to a change of mind within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it's unused and it’s original packaging.

Please note shipping costs for the return are at your expense. Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. We recommend that proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.
