Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

We accept a 14 day COM (change of mind) policy when you change their mind, but you need to pay for return costs and the item must is in brand new resell-able condition. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit.
All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Nifty and convenient! It's roomy and fits all my skincare and makeup. The little candy design allows me to keep it away from my toddler and protect my things from dust. Light and easy to carry.
