All Bracelets by CALA are handmade to order and as such cannot be returned, but you need the item to be resized please contact us and we will do our upmost to oblige - please note an additional cost may apply.

We endeavour to accurately describe all of our products to the best of our ability, with regards to Bracelets by CALA these are all handcrafted using superior quality Crystals / Gemstones which may vary in colour etc from the images portrayed in our listings. This is perfectly normal as each Crystal / Gemstone are unique in their making.

Shipping Details

• We ship Australia wide via Australia Post Parcel Service (tracking and insurance applies) which includes major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast.

Please be aware that we are located in NSW Country and in some areas parcels may take longer to get to you - we ask you for your understanding in this.

Delivery timeframe: 2-10 business days

The Holistic Shop does not accept returns, unless proven to be defective by the manufacturer.

We do not accept returns for “Change of Mind” under any circumstances.

Bracelets by CALA are handmade to order and as such cannot be returned.

Items that are damaged in transit.

We ship all items via Australia Post Parcel service, all parcels are covered by Australia Post for up to $100. If damaged or loss does occur please lodge a claim via the Australia Post Portal.
