Change of mind refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if clothing is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all their original tags on. Footwear must be unworn, in its original box and with all packaging and tags.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Great croc. Bought on sale so great value for crocs

I have been trying to buy Crocs in Australian womens size equivalent to Size 5 or 6 AU for ages. Found it difficult to work out the equivalent size but thought this time I had it right. Unfortunately the Crocs are bit too big and there does not appear to be a smaller size for women. I am wearing them but would have preferred the correct fit.
