  • We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast
  • This item comes with a 5 year repair warranty and a 6 month warranty on the installation parts. (Installation parts such as cartridges, screws, nuts etc).
  • RETURNS: All customers must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item in regards to any return. MyDeal cannot accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect items ordered by mistake. If a return request is reported within 10 days of receipt and is approved, the item must be returned at the customer’s expense in brand new condition with all original accessories and packaging. Once the item is received and has passed inspection you will receive a credit note less a 15% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is higher).
  • To submit a faulty item claimplease follow the steps below:
    • Email with your MyDeal Order number, photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
    • If your claim is reported within 10 days of delivery, once approved you will receive a prepaid label to return the item. Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair or replacement.
    • If your claim is reported after 10 days, once your claim is approved, you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement
    • If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
    • Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem, we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved
