WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY? Fitness Cubed Inc. (“Fitness Cubed”) warrants to you, the original retail purchaser (“Consumer”), that the Cubii compact seated elliptical (“Product”) will, under normal use, operate substantially in accordance with the Product specifications for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase by the Consumer (“Warranty Period”). The consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty will be, at Fitness Cubed’s option, either to repair, provide replacement parts, or replace the Product so that it performs substantially in accordance with the Product specifications. The Warranty Period is not extended if we replace a warranted Product or any part(s), except where required by applicable law. Because Fitness Cubed cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Fitness Cubed or a Fitness Cubed authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY? The foregoing warranty is limited and is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse; accident (including, without limitation, collision, fire, and the spillage of food or liquid); neglect; abuse; alteration; unusual stress; modification; improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing; improper storage; use of an unapproved device; if the serial number has been removed or altered; (iii) use not in accordance with the Product specifications and documentation accompanying the Product; or (iv) damage caused by the equipment with which the Product is used. This limited warranty does not apply to any non-Fitness Cubed products or unauthentic products or accessories. Fitness Cubed reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE To report an issue that is applicable under the warranty, please contact our team. You must provide, (i) your order number, (ii) Product serial number,  (iii) proof of purchase, and (iv) description of the issue along with any supporting photos or videos. If you choose to mail us these items, postage will be at your cost. Please be advised you may be required to return the Product to Fitness Cubed, and this will be done at Fitness Cubed’s cost.
