Shipping Details
Postage & Handling: Items are sent out via Australia Post registered mail with a Tracking number. Customers will receive an email notifying them that the item has been posted. Australia Post will send an email to customers with the Tracking number.
Larger or Heavier items that cannot be sent via Australia Post will be sent via a courier upon customer approval or customers can arrange to pick up in store. Larger or Heavier items over 10kg sent to NT, WA AND TAS will be charged an extra postage fee depending on the weight of the item. We will inform the customer prior to posting. If you have any questions or problems do arise please contact us.
IElectronics will not be held directly liable for any damage or theft during the delivery process.
Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
IElectronicsonline offer a 30 day money back guarantee so you can buy with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a refund of the purchase amount, excluding postage fees.
All returned items come with 5-10 working day turn around.
It is the buyer's responsibility to return any items for replacement/ refund at their own expense.
IElectronicsonline has the right to refuse refunds or replacements for items returned back in unsellable condition. Items must be returned in original condition including its original packaging.
Please Note: When returning an item back to us, customers must write their full name on the box/ satchel. This will make it easier to identify you so we can process the refund or replacement faster.
