The calendar comes with the board (38cm x 12cm), twine for hanging, 25 blank disks (20 round, 5 heart shaped) and 25 rings. 

Names and dates can be printed on the disks for you for an additional 25 cents per disk.

Additional disks 10 packs are also available.
