This particular adapter is compatible with Shimano SPD-SL, LOOK KEO and LOOK DELTA. (The road bikes’ cleats are NOT INCLUDED). With these adapters, you can keep wearing your mountain shoes to ride with the road bikes and spin bikes, which have the Look Delta System Pedals. Saving bucks and no need to buy a second pair of shoes!
